Very easy to deal with for the sale of our property.
Very personal and professional. Arrived early and only waited about 5 minutes even though appointment wasn't for 10 more minutes. Had everything ready for signing, explained everything in detail before signing.
Good experience and good value. Staff also very friendly and professional.
Billal Saleem is the best lawyer I dealt with over there, always available to take immediate action on my important cases. Totally recommend !!!
Cassandra is an awesome real estate conveyancer!
Used Verhaeghe Law office when we purchased our new property. Service was very good. Phone calls and emails to the office were responded to quickly. All paperwork was explained clearly and questions were answered. Even after the sale closed. Fees for their time and work are fair. Would definitely use them again!!
I had an urgent corporate matter that needed immediate attention.
I sent an email outlining my problem to several firms.
Verhaeghe was the first to get back to me.
I received an email Monday afternoon.
A phone call Monday evening.
An appointment Tuesday afternoon.
And had an offer from the other party by Wednesday morning.
Other firms wouldn't even see me until next week...I'm in shocked amazement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Richard and his team were amazing in the process of handing the selling and buying of our home. Richard even came in on a Saturday evening in order to get some papers signed. If there was any issues that came up they were handled in a professional and timely manner. I would definetly use Richard again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend him. Richard was great to work with, his personal manner made us very comfortable. Call Richard with any of your legal matters, you will not be sorry.
