Profile:

Mr. Samia attended law school at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia and has a background in commerce from Grant MacEwan University where he specialized in Management. Mr. Samia is an Associate at Verhaeghe Law Office, specializing in civil litigation, and has experience in a variety of contested civil litigation matters, including Special Chambers applications, Questionings, appeals, pre-trial conferences and negotiations. Mr. Samia litigates in all level of Alberta Courts, including the Court of Appeal of Alberta and has been engaged in litigating in a broad scope of areas, including Corporate Law, Employment Law, Debt Collections, Contract Law, Aboriginal Law, Builders’ Liens, Defamation and Administrative Law.
